Radium Engineering Baffled Oil Cap VTA Kit - GM

The Radium Engineering baffled oil cap VTA kit (SKU 20-0588) is a direct replacement for the OEM oil cap on GM LS and LT V8 engines. Machined from billet aluminium and anodised, it stops the crankcase pressurising under high load or boost by venting filtered crankcase air to atmosphere.

Inside the cap, a reusable stainless steel baffle provides service-free air/oil separation, and the top 7/8"-14 (10AN ORB) port carries a 10AN adapter fitting with an integrated check valve for roll-over protection.

Note: Vent-to-atmosphere systems are not permitted in some racing categories or emissions-regulated environments, so check your regulations first. Depending on the vehicle and ECU, a fault code or check engine light may appear because not all metered air is burned. Cover the filter when washing or degreasing the engine bay. Installation by a professional is recommended.
