Garrett PowerMax Stage 1 Turbocharger - Volkswagen Golf R (Mk7/Mk7.5) / Audi S3 (8V)

The Garrett PowerMax Stage 1 898199-5001W is a direct-fit upgrade turbocharger for the 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen 3 engine in the Volkswagen Golf R (Mk7/Mk7.5) and Audi S3 (8V). It flows 17% more than the factory IS38 and supports up to 485 hp (362 kW) at the flywheel, while keeping the factory mounting points, connections and calibrated electronic actuator.

Note: Also suits the Golf GTI (Mk7/Mk7.5), Audi A3 2.0 TFSI (8V) and TT/TTS (8S) with the 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen 3 engine (factory IS12, IS20 or IS38 turbo). A re-tune is required, such as the COBB Accessport V3 - Volkswagen Golf R (Mk7/Mk7.5) / Audi S3 (8V). Maximum turbo speed is 185,000 rpm. Speed sensor (Garrett 781328-0003 or 781328-0004) sold separately.
