Alcon CAR89 "ENP" 6-Piston Front Brake Calipers (Pair) - 27.0/31.8/38.1mm Pistons - Universal
The Alcon CAR89 "ENP" is the 6-piston CAR89 front caliper finished in electroless nickel plating (ENP). The nickel finish resists corrosion from road salt, moisture and brake fluid far better than paint, and it keeps the caliper looking bright after repeated heat cycles. Like the TA6, it keeps high-temperature dust seals, so it suits road and track and can be engineered for road use. It runs 27.0 / 31.8 / 38.1mm staggered pistons to spread clamping force evenly and reduce pad taper wear, and it is the caliper we supply in the CAR89 "ENP" option of our Alcon front big brake kits.
Choose leading or trailing orientation to suit your brackets. The same piston sizes are available as the painted CAR89 "TA6" and the track-only CAR89 "Motorsport", which has no dust boots.
Note: Sold as a pair (left and right). Needs brackets and rotors to suit your car. Installation by a professional is recommended.
