Wagner Tuning builds its Competition Intercoolers around CAD optimised cores and cast aluminium end tanks, engineered through flow analysis to maximise internal airflow and minimise pressure drop compared with the factory unit. This kit (SKU 200001057) is a direct replacement for the VW Golf and Passat intercooler, designed to keep intake temperatures down and support consistent power delivery under load.

This listing covers the VW Golf (MK5/MK6) and Passat (B6/B7) fitted with 1.6 and 2.0 TDI common rail engines. The same core also suits the VW Jetta, Caddy, EOS, Beetle, Audi A3, Audi TT, Skoda Octavia and Skoda Superb across the equivalent 1.6/2.0 TDI variants.

Important: Fitment is specific to 1.6 and 2.0 TDI common rail engines. Confirm your engine code against the compatibility tabs above before ordering, as petrol and non common rail diesel variants are not covered.
