The Radium Engineering Fuel Surge Tank install kit (SKU 20-0094) has everything needed to mount a Radium fuel surge tank (FST) with a single 39mm fuel pump in the return-style Honda S2000. The FST sits in a hidden, collision-safe spot in the boot behind the left seat, using factory threaded bosses, and 100% of the boot space remains usable.

How does a RADIUM Fuel Surge Tank work?

The bolt-on aluminium bracket uses existing OEM holes and has three rubber isolation mounts to cut pump noise and vibration. Four pre-assembled 6AN PTFE hoses suit all fuels including E85 and methanol, and the wiring kit uses Raychem solderless butt splices with a weatherproof relay and fuse – no soldering, and wiring takes under 30 minutes.

Note: The fuel surge tank and fuel pump are sold separately. This kit suits Radium FSTs with a single 39mm pump only and is not designed for the Radium MPFST. It suits the 2000–2005 return-style fuel system, not the 2006–2009 returnless system. As the S2000 is a small car, consider fuel pump noise when choosing a pump. Installation by a professional is recommended.
