Radium Engineering Coolant Expansion Tank Kit - Toyota GR Corolla (G16E-GTS)

Repeated heat cycling on track is known to crack plastic coolant tanks, and this Radium Engineering kit replaces the factory tank on the Toyota GR Corolla with a 2-piece CNC-machined aluminium unit, anodised for longevity (SKU 20-0767). Aluminium also transfers heat better and is strong enough for racing.

The tank holds the same coolant volume as the factory item but takes up less room, freeing space for other modifications and servicing. Inside, two chambers with top and bottom cross-over passages and a swirl feature help de-aerate the system.

Note: Direct bolt-in replacement with no permanent modification: a dedicated bracket uses existing threaded holes and adapter fittings connect to the factory hoses. The OEM 1.08 bar Toyota cap can be reused, or fit a Radium Type-A cap (sold separately). Installation by a professional is recommended.
