Process West has been developing fuel delivery solutions for the turbocharged Falcon platform for years, and this generation 3 anti-surge system is the result of that experience. Rather than relying on an in-tank setup, the pump sits inside an externally mounted anti-surge vessel that bolts to the chassis rail, giving the Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo a fuel supply that stays consistent under hard cornering and heavy load.

This listing covers the Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo (FG) and includes the basic single pump configuration fitted with one Walbro 460LPH pump and wiring harness as a plug and play install. The system is designed to be expanded later, with second and third pump options available separately as your fuel flow requirements increase.

Note: once a second pump is added, the factory fuel pressure regulator can no longer control pressure correctly. A Turbosmart FPR8 regulator and appropriate fitting kit (Stage 1 for factory rail, Stage 2 for aftermarket dual entry rails) is required at that point and is sold separately.
