Anti-Surge Fuel System w/ Single Walbro 460 Pump - Ford Falcon BA/BF
Process West has been refining fuel delivery for turbocharged Falcons for well over a decade, and this anti-surge system is the result of that ongoing development. Originally released back in 2007 and updated in 2013 to suit modern fuel types and higher power demands, it remains the benchmark solution for reliable fuel supply under load in the Ford Falcon BA/BF.
This listing covers the single pump version of the Process West anti-surge system (SKU PWBAFS01), fitted with one internally mounted Walbro 460LPH pump housed in an externally mounted, chassis rail mounted surge vessel. It's a true plug and play unit designed as a direct replacement for the factory setup, with no in-tank modification required. The system is also upgradable, so a second pump and matching fitting kit can be added later if your power goals increase.
