PARAGON Titanium Brake Pad Shims Front – BMW M2 (G87) / M3 (G80) / M4 (G82/G83)

These Paragon titanium pad shims suit the front M Compound brakes on the BMW G87 M2, G80 M3 and G82/G83 M4. Fitted between the pads and caliper pistons, they act as a thermal barrier that keeps heat out of the calipers and brake fluid – helping prevent fluid boil, a soft pedal and fade on track.

Note: Front axle only, for cars with OEM iron rotors (M Compound brakes) – not carbon ceramic. Works with the stock calipers. Installation by a professional is recommended.

Features

  • Grade 5 titanium (6Al-4V / ASTM B348) – much lower heat conductivity than steel
  • Reduces heat transfer from the pads to the calipers and brake fluid
  • Helps prevent fluid boil, a soft pedal and brake fade
  • Extends the life of caliper seals, dust boots and fluid
  • 0.5mm thick; suits OEM and aftermarket pads
  • Set of 4 shims (front axle)
