PARAGON 2-Piece Front Rotors

The Paragon 2-Piece Front Rotors for the Peugeot 308 GTi 270 deliver superior braking performance and cooling efficiency, engineered for demanding street, HPDE, and track applications. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, they work seamlessly with the factory Alcon calipers, ABS, and brake system while maintaining the original brake bias.

Each rotor is constructed using Paragon’s CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron for exceptional thermal stability, bite, and resistance to cracking under extreme heat. The directional ventilation vanes generate internal airflow that draws cool air through the rotor, reducing operating temperatures by up to 30% compared to OEM rotors. This results in improved fade resistance and longer component life, even during extended track sessions.

The rotors are heat-treated to relieve internal stress and precision-machined using advanced CBN surface technology to ensure a perfectly smooth finish and consistent pad contact. Rotor run-out is maintained within 0.03mm and balanced within 2 grams to eliminate vibration and maintain precise pedal feedback. The fully-floating 2-piece design allows controlled thermal expansion, keeping the rotor true and self-centred under high load.
