ACUITY K-Series Fuel Rail - Honda Civic Type R (EP3 / FN2 / FD2) / Integra (DC5)

The ACUITY K-Series Fuel Rail is a high-flow billet replacement for the factory rail on port-injected Honda K20 and K24 engines, including the K20A in the DC5 Integra Type R and EP3, FN2 and FD2 Civic Type R, and K-swapped cars. The 15mm bore supports more than 1000 hp of fuel flow.

ACUITY K-series fuel rail: setups and fitting selection explained

The rail has -8 ORB ports at both ends and in the centre, plus a 1/8 NPT port on top for a fuel pressure gauge. With ACUITY’s fittings you can run it with the factory quick-connect fuel line, a tucked centre-feed or side-feed -6AN line, or a -6AN or -8AN return setup for K-swaps and high-power builds. A side-mounted gauge is also possible with the 1913-F05 adapter.

It is machined from 6061-T6 aluminium with a satin anodised finish and laser-etched markings. Countersunk mounting holes take the supplied class 10.9 screws in place of the factory studs, the port ends are shaped to help protect the finish from spanner marks, and the factory injector clips can still be used.

Note: Suits most port-injected K-series engines; does not suit the direct-injected K20C or K20B. Fittings are sold separately and vary by car and fuel line setup (1913-F02 plug, F03 -6AN, F04 -8AN, F05 1/8 NPT, F06 short and F07 long 5/16" quick-connect). Use PTFE thread sealant, not tape, on fuel fittings. Installation by a professional is recommended.
