Process West builds its intercooler systems in Australia specifically for the local Falcon turbo scene, and the Stage 3 kit is aimed at owners chasing serious power without cooking their intake charge. Sitting just below their flagship Stage 4, this is the largest bolt on cooling upgrade available for the Ford Falcon BA/BF, built around a massive bar and plate core and a fully redesigned piping path.

• Cast aluminium end tanks for even airflow distribution across the core
• Hot side piping: 63.5mm (2.5 in) mandrel bent aluminium
• Cold side piping: 76.2mm (3 in) mandrel bent aluminium
• Throttle body relocation for a shorter, more direct intake path
• Multi ply silicone joiners rated for high boost and heat
• Stainless steel hose clamps throughout
