Turbosmart vIWG Vacuum Wastegate Actuator - Mini Cooper S / John Cooper Works (R56) - 6inHg
The Turbosmart vIWG is an upgraded vacuum-operated wastegate actuator for the factory turbocharger on the Mini Cooper S and John Cooper Works (R56). Its larger effective diaphragm area and revised springs give a higher working ratio than the factory actuator, so peak boost comes in earlier and holds further into the rev range. It is a bolt-on fit for cars with the factory vacuum-operated actuator.
Note: Tuning and recalibration is recommended for best results when running a higher base pressure than factory. Installation by a professional is recommended.
