Turbosmart pSG50 CG StraightGate - 50mm External Wastegate - Compressed Gas
The Turbosmart pSG50 CG is a 50mm zero-offset butterfly-style external wastegate with a diaphragm actuator built for CO2 and compressed gas "fill and spill" boost controllers. The zero-offset butterfly pivots centrally, so exhaust drive pressure acts equally on both halves and the valve is self-balancing, and the straight-through path flows more than a poppet valve that has to turn the gas 90 degrees. An inverted high-pressure Nomex diaphragm handles the larger pressure differentials of CO2 and compressed air control.
Note: Set to 7psi base pressure. A CO2 or compressed air supply and a compatible boost controller are required. Installation by a professional is recommended.
