Turbosmart ProOPR - Rising Rate Turbo Oil Pressure Regulator
The Turbosmart ProOPR is a boost-referenced, rising rate oil pressure regulator for the turbocharger oil feed. It runs lower oil pressure at low and zero boost to stop the turbo consuming oil, then increases feed pressure to the bearing system as boost rises, giving extra protection at high boost and shaft speeds. It is an inline, returnless design that uses the boost reference to create the pressure differential.
Note: Designed for large-frame turbochargers and high boost levels, such as Pro-Mod style motorsport. Requires a boost reference connection. For a fixed, non-referenced regulator see the OPR V2. Installation by a professional is recommended.
