Turbosmart Kompact EM Plumb Back Blow Off Valve VR23 - BMW 125i (F20) / 228i (F22) / 328i (F30) / 428i (F32) - N20
The Turbosmart Kompact EM VR23 is a plug-and-play replacement for the factory diverter valve on the N20-engined BMW 125i (F20), 228i (F22), 328i (F30) and 428i (F32), along with other N20 2.0 turbo 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Series, X1, X3, X4 and Z4 models. It combines a billet aluminium valve body with an onboard solenoid and internal pressure control channels, so it plugs straight into the factory connector and bolts on in place of the OEM valve - no adaptors, reference hoses or separate solenoids are needed. Turbosmart's Boost-Balance design and a positive-seal O-ring on the piston face mean the more boost it sees, the better it seals.
Note: Plumb Back recirculates all vented air back into the intake for quiet, OEM-style operation with the factory ECU. Suits N20 engines with both pneumatic and electronically actuated turbos. Later B46 / B48 engined models are not covered. Installation by a professional is recommended.
