Turbosmart IWG75 Wastegate Actuator - Holden Commodore (ZB)
The Turbosmart IWG75 is an upgraded internal wastegate actuator for the factory turbocharger on the four-cylinder turbo Holden Commodore (ZB), which uses GM's LTG 2.0 litre engine - the same engine Turbosmart lists for the turbo Camaro and Cadillac models. A larger effective diaphragm area and revised springs give it a higher working ratio than the factory actuator, so peak boost arrives earlier in the rev range and is held for longer, giving a broader boost and torque curve. It is a bolt-on fit with a vehicle-specific bracket.
Note: The 7psi version is a direct replacement for the factory actuator; all other spring pressures require ECU tuning/recalibration. Installation by a professional is recommended.
