Turbosmart eSG50 Electronic StraightGate - 50mm External Wastegate - Electronic Actuation
The Turbosmart eSG50 is a 50mm zero-offset butterfly-style external wastegate with full electronic actuation - no reference hoses, springs or diaphragm. The zero-offset butterfly pivots centrally, so exhaust drive pressure acts equally on both halves and the valve is self-balancing, and the straight-through path flows more than a poppet valve that has to turn the gas 90 degrees. Onboard sensors report actuator temperature and valve position in both analogue and digital form.
Note: Requires a Dual H-Bridge output from your ECU or a suitable electronic wastegate controller. Available in 12V and 24V versions. Installation by a professional is recommended.
