Scorpion De-Cat Turbo Downpipe - Volkswagen Golf GTI (Mk8/Mk8.5) / Clubsport / CUPRA Leon VZ - 76mm
This Scorpion de-cat turbo downpipe replaces the factory downpipe and catalytic converter with 76mm (3") mandrel-bent T304 stainless pipework for better exhaust flow from the turbo and a stronger, louder exhaust note. It connects to the OE or Scorpion exhaust. Scorpion lists it for non-GPF Golf GTI Mk8/Mk8.5 and Clubsport, and the CUPRA Leon 245 (sold here as the Leon VZ).
Note: This is Scorpion's non-GPF version. It suits Australian-delivered Golf GTI Mk8 (MY21-24) and Mk8.5, which have no GPF. Australian-delivered CUPRA Leon VZ have a GPF – choose the GPF version (Scorpion De-Cat Turbo Downpipe - Volkswagen Golf GTI (Mk8/Mk8.5) / Clubsport / CUPRA Leon VZ / VZx - 76mm). The Mk8 GTI Clubsport was not sold new in Australia. Scorpion advises the engine management light may come on and recommends a Stage 2 ECU remap. Installation by a professional is recommended.
