Process West SEPR8R Air Oil Separator - Isuzu D-Max/Mazda BT-50 2022+

The Process West SEPR8R is an air oil separator kit for the Isuzu D-MAX and Mazda BT-50 (2022 on). Modern common rail diesels vent oily gas from the rocker cover back into the intake, coating the intercooler and piping and costing performance and economy over time. The SEPR8R filters the oil mist out before the gas returns to the inlet manifold.

Note: Process West lists 2022-on models. Installation by a professional is recommended.

  • Billet aluminium housing with 650mL capacity
  • Vehicle-specific laser-cut brackets and moulded hoses
  • Pleated stainless steel filter that is anti-clog, washable and reusable
  • Integrated over-pressure relief valve in case of a blockage
  • Drain port in the housing, with an optional drain valve available
  • Removable lid for easy servicing
