Overview
The COBB Redline Carbon Fiber Intake seamlessly blends performance and aesthetics to deliver the ultimate intake upgrade for the Honda Civic Type R FL5. Constructed from 2x2 twill carbon fiber and finished with a high-quality gloss clear coat, this intake transforms the look of your engine bay while unlocking airflow for increased performance. Compatible with COBB Stage 1+ and Stage 2 Off The Shelf Maps, it is engineered for both functionality and style.

Construction
The main airbox is built from multiple layers of 2x2 twill carbon fiber sheets with a gloss clear finish for heat and UV fade resistance. A bespoke COBB Redline badge sits on the integrated intake ducting, while a billet knob allows quick access to the filter. Air passes through a large pre-oiled filter into a precision-machined billet MAF housing, secured with black anodized clamps and reinforced silicone couplers for a sleek, durable installation.

Velocity Stack MAF Housing
Designed using CFD, the velocity stack and air-straightener grid optimise airflow across the Mass Air Flow sensor for accurate readings. The high-temp composite one-piece housing reduces heat transfer while increasing cross-sectional flow by 36% over stock, supporting higher airflow and performance.

Installation
The Redline Intake is engineered for straightforward installation. Supplied brackets allow the complete assembly to be dropped in within minutes, and servicing the air filter is simple once installed. Detailed instructions are provided to ensure a smooth fitment.

Calibration
The Redline Carbon Fiber Intake is compatible with COBB Stage 1+ and Stage 2 Off The Shelf Maps. Carbon fiber parts are hand laid, so minor weave variances may be present.
