The ARP Head Stud Kit (Part No. 204-4708) is a critical upgrade for Audi 2.5T TFSI DAZA and DNWA engines found in the RS3 and TT RS. Designed to deliver reliable and consistent clamping force under high-boost and high-temperature conditions, this kit eliminates the common issues associated with OEM torque-to-yield bolts.

Manufactured from ARP2000 material and precisely engineered for the EA855 EVO engine block, these studs provide superior head gasket sealing and allow for multiple re-torques, making them ideal for performance street builds and motorsport applications alike.

Installation Notes

Clean and dry all cylinder head and washer seating surfaces prior to assembly
Studs are installed hand-tight only – do not torque them into the block
Use ARP Ultra-Torque Lubricant on threads and under nut heads
Washer stamped side faces down toward cylinder head
Follow factory torque sequence in three stages:

Stage 1: 25 ft-lbs
Stage 2: 50 ft-lbs
Stage 3: 70 ft-lbs
