The Turbosmart Kompact Shortie VR08 Blow-Off Valve is a direct-fit performance upgrade for the 2016 Ford Focus RS. Designed to replace the factory plastic diverter valve, the Shortie improves turbo response, reduces compressor surge, and enhances long-term reliability—especially under high-boost conditions.

From the factory, the Focus RS produces up to 23 PSI of boost, which pushes the limits of the OEM plastic valve. These stock valves are known to become brittle over time, often leaking or failing under pressure. The Kompact Shortie addresses this with a billet aluminium body and a precision-matched brass piston that eliminates the need for sealing O-rings, resulting in unmatched durability and reduced maintenance.

This valve is available in two configurations to suit your preference:
