Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are designed to deliver the maximum possible boost response from your factory frame turbocharger. Developed as a performance-focused replacement for OEM actuators, the IWG75 Series features an increased working ratio that improves boost control and response across the entire RPM range.

This improved working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised spring setup, giving the actuator greater mechanical advantage over the forces acting against it, including boost pressure and exhaust backpressure. The result is earlier peak boost, improved torque delivery, and longer boost hold at higher RPMs.

These actuators can be installed with the same base pressure as factory units, offering immediate performance gains without retuning. For even greater results, higher base pressures can be used—though tuning and recalibration may be required.
