Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator

The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is a high-performance upgrade for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X with the factory TD05H turbocharger. It’s designed to improve boost response and control throughout the RPM range, delivering earlier peak boost and holding it longer into higher revs.

With a larger diaphragm surface area and revised spring rates, the IWG75 increases the actuator’s working ratio, giving it greater control over boost and backpressure forces. This results in a broader, more responsive power curve — even when set to the same base pressure as the factory unit.

Available in multiple base pressures, the 14 psi version is a direct replacement for the OEM actuator. Higher-pressure variants will require ECU tuning or recalibration.

Only the 14 PSI version is a true plug-and-play replacement. Other pressures may require tuning or ECU calibration for proper performance.
