The extra heft in a shorter package gives a more direct, weighted feel through each gear change, and the shape works equally well whether you drive overhand or prefer a side grip. It suits Subaru and Ford manual platforms that use the correct thread fitment.

This listing covers manual Subaru vehicles fitted with a 5-speed or 6-speed shifter using the M12x1.25 thread, along with the Ford Focus RS (LV / LZ) and Ford Mustang (S550). It's available in raw stainless steel, black, red, or black Delrin finishes — select your preferred option from the variant list above.

Note: On 5-speed Subaru setups the shift boot won't sit as snug without the factory retainer ring; GrimmSpeed's Shift Boot Retainer is sold separately if you want to keep the boot held up properly.
