Turbosmart IWG75 Wastegate Actuator 14PSI – Ford Focus RS Mk3 2.3L EcoBoost

Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to maximise boost response from your factory turbocharger. These actuators feature an increased working ratio compared to the factory unit, delivering faster spool, earlier peak boost, and improved boost holding through the higher RPM range.

This performance gain is achieved through an enlarged diaphragm surface area and revised spring calibration, giving the actuator greater mechanical advantage over opposing forces such as boost pressure and exhaust backpressure. The result is sharper throttle response, a broader torque curve, and more consistent power delivery across the RPM range.

When installed with the same base pressure as the OEM actuator, tuning may not be required. However, higher base pressures will amplify these performance gains and typically require ECU recalibration.
