The Radium Engineering 60mm Heat Exchanger is designed to reduce fuel temperature in high-performance fuel systems where pump heat becomes a concern. As engine power levels increase, excess heat generated by the fuel pump can negatively impact fuel consistency and overall system reliability. This compact heat exchanger helps dissipate heat directly from the fuel filter or pump body, improving thermal stability.
Manufactured from conductive 6063 aluminium, the heat exchanger features integrated cooling fins that maximise surface area for efficient heat dissipation. The unit clamps directly onto a 60mm smooth-body fuel filter or pump using stainless steel countersunk fasteners, allowing heat to be drawn away from the fuel system efficiently.
For best results, the heat exchanger should be mounted in a location with direct airflow, such as underneath the vehicle. The assembly is finished in black anodising with a laser-engraved Radium Engineering logo for durability and corrosion resistance.
