Radium Engineering Fluid Lock Dual Catch Can Kit – Nissan V35 (VQ35DE/HR)

The Radium Engineering Dual Catch Can Kit for the Nissan V35 and Infiniti G35 is designed to effectively manage crankcase vapors. This kit includes both a PCV catch can and a CCV catch can to keep the engine's intake system clean and free from unwanted oil and sludge buildup. The dual catch can bracket mounts in the front LH portion of the engine bay but is not compatible with the factory air box.

The PCV catch can runs inline between the PCV valve and the intake pipe, preventing crankcase vapors from entering the intake manifold. The system uses metered vacuum during idling, steady-state cruising, and decelerating to draw unwanted vapors, unspent fuel, and oil sludge away from the intake system. No inline check valve is required since Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, allowing a direct intake manifold connection.

The CCV catch can runs inline between the crankcase vent (CCV) port and the intake pipe. Under high load (WOT), the system captures oil and sludge from the crankcase, preventing it from accumulating in the intake system, air filter, and intercooler.
