Radium Engineering ACV Block-Off Mazda (13B-REW)

This Radium Engineering block-off plate is designed to seal the air control valve (ACV) port on the Mazda 13B-REW lower intake manifold. It is ideal for high-performance or race applications where the ACV system is no longer required, and space is needed to accommodate a secondary top feed fuel rail.

Vehicle Compatibility:

• 1992–2002 Mazda RX-7 (FD3S)

• Mazda/Eunos Cosmo with 13B-REW

Overview:
By removing the bulky ACV from the lower intake manifold, this block-off plate provides additional clearance and simplifies the engine bay. The low-profile design includes countersunk stainless steel screws and a black anodized aluminum plate, offering a clean and secure seal. This setup is essential when installing a secondary fuel rail or when optimizing engine bay layout for performance builds.
