Radium Engineering Universal Air Oil Separator Return (AOS-R) - Universal - 10AN ORB
High powered and modified engines generate excessive blow-by gases and oil mist that can contaminate your intake, intercooler, and manifold. Radium Engineering's AOS-R (Air Oil Separator Return) goes beyond a conventional catch can by actively returning collected oil back into the sump above the oil level — resulting in a largely service-free system. Integrated coolant routing through the heating chamber prevents internal water condensation, while a built-in water trap around the base stops any moisture from reaching the oil pan.
This listing covers the Radium Engineering 20-0219 AOS-R Universal VTE (Vent-to-Engine) with 10AN ORB ports. The VTE configuration is required for engines equipped with a mass airflow (MAF) sensor, and routes cleaned crankcase air back into the intake or turbo inlet pipe. A companion VTA (Vent-to-Atmosphere) variant is available as 20-0819, and a VTA-to-VTE adapter is available as 20-1773.
Note: The VTA variant (20-0819) is not suitable for MAF sensor equipped engines due to the open vent introducing an unmeasured air leak into the system. For single crankcase vent engines using the VTA unit, one inlet port must be plugged — Radium Engineering part 14-0351 is recommended for this purpose.
