Address heat soak on your BMW S58-powered M car with the CSF High-Performance Front Mount Heat Exchanger. Developed over nine months of testing with leading time attack teams and tuners, this heat exchanger is a critical bolt-on upgrade for any modified G8X pushing increased power through software tunes, bolt-on upgrades, or upgraded turbochargers.

The S58 engine uses a liquid-to-air charge cooler built into the intake manifold, with the front-mounted heat exchanger responsible for removing heat from the charge-air cooling system. Under sustained hard driving or track use, the factory single-row heat exchanger struggles to keep up, leading to rising intake air temperatures, ECU timing pull, and in extreme cases, limp mode. The CSF unit replaces the factory heat exchanger with a significantly more efficient 2-row 42mm core featuring CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology and 6.5mm tall multi-louvered fins, delivering faster heat soak recovery and lower intake air temperatures for consistent power output.
