The Torque Solution Reverse Flow Silicone Radiator Hose Kit is designed to replace the factory rubber hoses on the Honda Civic Type R FL5 with durable, high-performance silicone. Over time, OEM hoses can harden, crack, or leak — this kit eliminates those issues while improving cooling efficiency.
What makes this kit unique is its reverse-flow design, which redirects coolant from the bottom of the radiator to the top. This allows fresh air to contact the coolant before it exits the radiator, resulting in improved thermal performance. Testing has shown coolant temperature reductions of up to 4.5°F with supporting modifications. The included ECT2 sensor relocation hardware also provides more accurate temperature readings.
