Construction

Rotor Rings

Cast from CM-250 high-carbon alloy, Paragon rotor rings offer excellent thermal conductivity and strength. Heat treatment and CBN surface machining ensure stability, consistent flatness, and optimal pad break-in.

Aluminium Hats

Rotor hats are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised for heat and corrosion resistance. Material is removed where possible to reduce weight without compromising strength under load.

Finish Options

• Hard Anodised (Clear): Will not discolour under sustained heat – best for track use
• Black Dyed Hardcoat: May discolour above 260°C – ideal for street applications
