Made from Paragon’s CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron, each ring is heat-treated to relieve internal stresses and finished with CBN machining for a flat, true surface. This enhances pad contact, reduces judder, and ensures long-term braking consistency under extreme conditions.

Aluminium Hats

CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised for maximum resistance to corrosion and wear. Material is strategically removed for weight reduction without compromising strength under load.

Finish Options

• Clear Hard Anodised: Will not discolour under track heat – ideal for motorsport use
• Black Dyed Hardcoat: May discolour above 260°C (500°F) – ideal for street/mixed use
