A reshaped lever shortens the throw and moves the shift position closer to the driver. With a revised return spring and rigid mounting in place of rubber bushes, each change feels tighter, quicker and more precise.

Note: The lever sits in a different position (height and side-to-side) to standard, so shifting feels different; drive gently until you are used to it. The kit reuses the factory mounting bolts and needs the centre console removed. Installation by a professional is recommended.

Features

Complete change lever assembly that replaces the factory unit

Reshaped lever for a shorter shift stroke

Shift position offset toward the driver

Revised return spring for a firmer, more defined gate feel

Rigid mounting without rubber bushes for crisp, quick shifts

Pairs Well With

Mugen Leather Shift Knob - Honda Civic Type R (FD2 / FK8 / FL5) / Integra Type R (DC5) / S2000 (AP1 / AP2)

ACUITY Shifter Base Bushings - Honda Civic Type R (FK8 / FL5)

PERRIN Solid Shifter Bushing - Honda Civic Type R (FK8 / FL5)

ACUITY Shifter Cable Bushing Upgrade - Honda Civic Type R (FK8 / FL5)

Shop more: Mugen | Short Shifters

Need help choosing?
