It flows 30% more air than the stock intercooler and lowers charge air temperatures, for higher and more consistent power. Keeping the top mount layout avoids the extra lag of a front mount, and the COBB thrust tunnel channels air from the bonnet scoop through the core.

Two finishes are available: silver or black. The core, fit and performance are the same.

Note: Suits the WRX VB sedan (manual or CVT) and Sportswagon. Works with the factory tune or COBB Stage 1 maps. Installation by a professional is recommended.

Features

30% more airflow than the factory intercooler

Thrust tunnel channels air from the bonnet scoop into the core

Core measures 508 x 178 x 102mm (20" x 7" x 4")

Works with the factory tune or COBB Stage 1 maps

Direct replacement for the factory intercooler

Pairs Well With

COBB Charge Pipe Kit - Subaru WRX (VB)

COBB Intercooler Hot and Cold Pipe Kit - Subaru WRX (VB)

COBB Redline Carbon Fibre Power Scoop - Subaru WRX (VB)

Need help confirming fitment?
