Welds are back-purged to keep them free of contamination, and slip-fit joints throughout give plenty of adjustment when fitting. The complete system weighs about 9.1kg (20lb) assembled, well under the factory exhaust and COBB's stainless version, and its note is refined rather than the tinny sound some titanium systems make.

Video

Sound check – COBB titanium cat-back exhaust on the VW Golf GTI Mk7.5

Product overview – COBB titanium cat-back exhaust for the VW Golf GTI Mk7.5

Note: Suits the facelifted Golf GTI Mk7.5 with the factory downpipe.
